I am not preaching anymore ... for the next 3 months anyway. I am on sabbatical during this time and rather than the discipline of preaching, I am engaging in the discipline of journaling as a way to process the journey I currently find myself traveling.

Every preacher has them; the sermons or at least the sermon ideas and titles they desperately want to preach to their congregations but have never found the courage to do so.
The ideas and the illustrations float around, stirring the creative juices, but to use them would necessitate a call to the local moving company.
